Operation and Maintenance Training

IT systems are complex, but the Ednetics team is ready to prepare staff and administrators to operate and maintain them. Ednetics provides systems administrator training for networks, data centers, and IP voice systems. Training prepares administrators to add users, monitor network status, and troubleshoot performance issues.

We offer IP voice customers special training for key staffers who will in turn instruct their colleagues about the wide range of features and capabilities built into their new handsets and servers. This helps customers get the maximum value from their IP voice system.
